Now for a really interesting part of the exercise. It follows that if you rank an area as a 7 or a 3, you perceive yourself as less and less satisfied with that area. Now, think about your level of satisfaction with each area of your life. Then starting right at the edge of your axle and working to the rim, put little notches on the spokes from 1 to 10. I encourage you to customize the spoke-labels for the various life areas to fit your 'who.'ĭo you have it drawn? Okay, imagine your 'who' as the axle of the wheel. Draw a copy of your own, unique life wheel (in your journal if you have one) and label the spokes.
